At Rediscover Church, we believe discipleship is for everyone—right here, right now, whether you're exploring faith, new to following Jesus, or ready to help others grow in theirs.

On this page, you can choose one of two pathways:
🔹 I want to be discipled – Grow in your faith with the guidance of a trusted mentor either one on one or in a small group of just a few people.
🔹 I want to disciple someone – Help others take steps toward Jesus by walking with them in faith and love.

Ultimately the Discipleship journey is relational and every discipleship connection will be reviewed and approved by our team to ensure safe, healthy, and encouraging relationships. Safeguarding practices are in place to support all participants.

Choose Your Discipleship Pathway

I Want To Be Discipled

Are you looking to grow deeper in your faith, ask big questions, or explore what God is calling you to? This is a space for you. Whether you're new to Christianity or simply ready for the next step, we want to walk with you.

This form will invite you to share (as much or as little as you're comfortable with):

  • Your stage of life (e.g. student, young adult, parent, retiree)

  • Your passions or interests

  • Areas where you'd like to grow (e.g. prayer, Bible, identity, purpose)

  • Your sense of calling or purpose (if known)

  • Your APEST grace (Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Shepherd, Teacher – if known)

We’ll use this information to prayerfully match you with someone who can support your journey. Every match will be reviewed and confirmed by our team.

I Want To Disciple Someone

Thank you for your willingness to invest in the life of another. Discipling someone is a significant part of the Great Commission—and it begins with walking humbly, listening well, and pointing people to Jesus.

This form will ask questions such as:

  • How long have you been a follower of Jesus?

  • Are you a partner of Rediscover Church?

  • Have you been water baptised?

  • Have you discipled someone before?

  • What areas of discipleship do you feel most confident in (e.g. prayer, Bible teaching, mentoring)?

  • What is your APEST grace (if known)?

All disciple-makers will go through a simple approval and safeguarding process to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all involved.
