CARETAKER [EXETER]

We are looking to appoint a part-time Caretaker to support the ongoing upkeep and maintenance of our church building at Pop Up Church, Haven Banks. This role includes core cleaning duties such as hoovering, sanitising toilets, tidying rooms, and restocking supplies, as well as light maintenance tasks like painting, minor repairs, and renewing fixtures. Some hours will be fixed on key days, while others will be scheduled flexibly to support church events. The couple will also play a key role in building and coordinating a volunteer team to assist with these responsibilities across the week.

We are offering the role as 12 hours per week, but potentially can be increased with the right candidate and the skills they can bring to the position.

OPERATIONS & ADMIN COORDINATOR [NEWTON ABBOT]

ASSISTANT MANAGER - DEO GLORIA COFFEE SHOP [NEWTON ABBOT]

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for Deo Gloria, our church coffee shop in Newton Abbot, to help lead and manage the team of paid staff and volunteers, ensure the smooth day-to-day running of business operations, and build meaningful relationships with customers, businesses and the surrounding community.

This part time role (16-24 hours per week) will mostly be based on the shop floor during work hours, but from time to time may be required to work flexibly to engage with suppliers, community groups and other local business. We are looking for the position to be filled from the 1st of September 2025.

This is an exciting and demanding role, requiring energy, passion and a heart for revival in community, to further the work of God’s Kingdom in a hospitality/ business setting, with scope for development in leadership and management.
