Administrator, Outreach and Pastoral Care Worker - Rediscover Cranbrook Church

Serving in our thriving and growing Cranbrook community, this role combines essential administrative support for the leadership team with hands-on pastoral care, community engagement and outreach. The role will help facilitate the spiritual life of the church through organising meetings, rotas, events and discipleship opportunities, while actively reaching out with the love of Jesus to individuals within the church and the wider Cranbrook community. As a committed Christian growing in their own walk with God, they will encourage, support and disciple others, connect with local groups and organisations, champion safeguarding, and help nurture a thriving, faith-filled church family that seeks to live courageously, love extravagantly and thrive authentically.
